Patricia Pendleton
Patricia joined Edward Hughes in 2004 and has almost 20 years’ experience providing legal advice to clients through her role as a Police Station Accredited Representative and Crown Court Clerk.
Once a case is transferred from the Magistrates Court to the Crown Court, Patricia takes over conduct of the case and all of its preparation. Patricia supports clients through the entire Court process from the first hearing, taking further instructions, instructing Counsel and experts, dealing with the day to day management of the case, liaising with the Court and the Crown Prosecution Service to ensure the smooth running of the case, keeping clients updated on developments and attending all court hearings, including trial.
Patricia understands that the Court process can be a stressful experience for clients and her experience enables her to guide and support clients through the entire judicial process, to obtain the best result possible.
